CASE STUDIES
1 Logic Sourcing Services: Factory Visit Assistance. A 20 million dollar company supplies large quantity of children's books, CD and DVD products to major retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree. To supply products to these low-price retailer stores, their product cost must be as low as possible. The company turned to Asian countries for solutions and decided to have a tour of Asian factories. In late 2005, they contacted Logic Sourcing to help develop a list of potential suppliers. Within one week, Logic Sourcing communicated with and qualified a dozen qualified suppliers. We also arranged a detailed schedule for a four-day visit to four CD and DVD replicators and their printer partners. We assigned an interpreter to assist with the visits and communicate to the suppliers, most of which are not proficient in English. Our client had a successful and fruitful visit, and used words such as "professional" and "excellent" to describe our services.
2 Logic Sourcing Product: CD, DVD Replication, Printing and Display Making Though visits to Asian countries were successful, the client in the Case Study One found that communication with foreign suppliers was not an easy mission. To help bridge the differences of language and culture, Logic Sourcing was engaged in mid February 2006. We immediately contacted the suppliers that the client visited and connected everybody again. As sourcing agent, we communicated requirements, negotiated prices and terms, performed quality control, and arrangement shipments.
From the first order in April 2006 to January 2007, we have successfully sourced one million dollar of products for the client. Our expertise in dealing with foreign suppliers, logistics and international shipment significantly cut or client's purchasing costs, increasing their competitiveness and growth in the US market.
We work for you, not the suppliers. Your satisfaction and growth is our goal.
